-BOOKING & PAYMENT-

To ensure a seamless experience, payment is typically required at the time of booking. We understand that circumstances may vary; please feel free to contact us via phone or email if you need to discuss alternative arrangements.

-DRIVER DISCRETION-

Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Drivers may exercise discretion regarding ferry usage, timing, and routes based on current conditions to ensure a smooth and timely journey. For any concerns, you're welcome to reach out to us directly by email.

-ACCURACY IS KEY-

To provide you with the highest level of service, we ask that all travel details be accurate and complete. Our ability to accommodate your needs depends entirely on the information provided.

-SHORT NOTICE REQUESTS-

While we strive to accommodate all requests, bookings made within 48 hours of travel are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed—unless you're a Diamond VIP member.
